If Graph does not behave as expected, you can report the problem by email.
01What to include
- Your Graph version and macOS version
- The operation that failed and what you expected
- A short, sanitized error message if one is available
02Please do not send
Repository contents, private source code, SSH keys, access tokens, passwords, credential files, or unredacted private remote URLs.
03Three quick checks for remote issues
- Retry the operation after confirming your Mac can reach the configured remote host.
- Check that the HTTPS or SSH repository URL is current.
- If authentication is required, confirm SSH or Keychain access is available and locally authorized.
04Purchases and refunds
Apple handles Mac App Store purchases, billing, and refund requests under its applicable terms. Graph does not process those transactions.
